"PATHETIC SERVICE AND RIDICULOUS EXCUSES!!! Briant refuses to acknowledge his mistakes and assist in making things right. He contacted me after my original review and pretended to be following up to see why I had dropped Bristol West as my insurance carrier. I took the time to explain the situation and he seemed genuinely eager to help. In the end it was merely a smokescreen to try and smooth ruffled feathers. He refuses to accept responsibility for issues caused by his own failure to act. Shop around for a competent agent and don't settle for this rookie. ****ORIGINAL POST**** Signed up for insurance with Briant Roberts and ended up with Bristol West. Had nothing but problems with Bristol and told Briant that I was done and dropping Bristol. He asked me to give them another chance and allow him to be the liaison to deal with them on my behalf. I agreed and waited weeks for him to resolve my issues with them. He never once contacted me back. Two months later and after I dropped Bristol he contacts me wanting to know if he can help in any way. WOW! Now Bristol has sent me to collections because Briant couldn't or wouldn't do his job. I emailed Briant asking for his help in getting Bristol to remove me from collections. Still no reply from him. On LinkedIn he lists "expert problem solver" as one of his skills or strengths. Guess I'll try and contact him when the lead breaks in my pencil or my bicycle chain needs oiled. Maybe that's something within his realm of expert problem solving. Don't waste your time or money with this guy. Seriously!"
