"very poor service. They canceled my home insurance with not notification or explanation. Have been trying to get an answer and even the agent himself could not explain why this happened. Never called for follow up. He only responded when i said I was not going to move forward with the policy until he returned my call and all of a sudden he calls me. Poor service all around with his staff and him."
