"This is probably one of the worst agents I have ever dealt with for my car insurance. She is never in office. Her staff is clueless. Don’t waste your time with her or with State Farm. They do not know how to deal with customers. Unresponsive and unprofessional. You will have to call multiple times because they never return a phone call. Dial SF customer service instead if you have to talk to someone. When my car was hit, they had no idea what was going on or how to answer my questions. They even kept charging me the monthly bill even though I had reported the accident. They do not care about you, just your money. It had been gut-wrenching dealing with these people. For your sanity… find someone else."
