"The people that live in these apartments are extremely rude and swear they own the whole block. I was parked in the 15 minute parking just to pick up my check and this lady yelled at me that I didn't have a permanent and that I need to move my car. So I still went to get my check I was literally gone for 5 minutes and then I returned to my vehicle and she hit my car with my mom inside of the car who has seizures. So she continues to yell at my mom. This is crazy all the people that live in this building are a bunch of nut cases. Someone should teach them to read the sign that is clearly a 15 minute parking. These people are rediculus."
