"Michelle is not professional at all. I question her integrity; for some reason was adding cost of insurance to my moms account and to my grandmothers. We went to a different location and they charged them the usual payments. I’m not sure if Michelle isn’t well trained, but she is overcharging people. She lacks basic customer service skills: she was rude when questioned about “extra charges” and she rudely told my mom to make the payment over the phone if she thought there was a problem."
