"We have had this company for decades. They come to collect the payments still to this day. I like that part about this company. The field agents have always been nice, kind, and engaging! I give them 5 stars! The reason for the threebis because when we actually needed them for policy claims - they severly lacked in that area. We went three times for help for our homeowners insurance, (they no longer carry this service & in my opinion, never should have started), the three times qe received substandard treatment from the adjusters & they barely paid out anything for the claims. Each time! On the third time, we dropped them. You wont smile in my face taking the funds to only slap me with the other one when I need a claim apprived. I hear its like that with a lot of insurance companies but I guess it stings because we knew our agent personally. Our fault for trusting. My Grandmother used the life insurance service. She paid on this policy faithfully & every month a Reliable agent would come to her home & collect the monthly payment. When she passed, I was shocked to learn that she paid all of those decades for a 3000.00 policy! Certainly they had collected way more than that. I was in my late 30's when she passed and sone of my early memories included the "Reliable Man" coming to get the payments. I cant say that this was a company issue - but it stung having so little payout. They tried to talk her into all kinds of other policies... why not ask her to increase the policy as time went on? I hope others have had better results than we had. I really thought this company was the best until it came time to do what we felt we had paid for."
