"I called to get information on some policies for my 86 year old grandmother. The representative said let me give you the name of her agent. I proceeded to let her know that for the past three years we’ve had more than 4 agents and can NEVER get a hold of them. Which is why I was calling the office directly. So I told her to please just guide me into the direction of someone who could answer my questions. She said to call the 1-800 number to the life insurance company and they would happily assist me with all my concerns. I don’t know why I even call this place when they never want to help and just have you go to the next person who can “help”. So after she gave me the phone number. I let her know I was so thankful for them paying her to do her job. Note to self and everyone else… Stop calling this location and call Life Insurance Company directly!"

"I had a policy with them and I called for information and after 8 years my policy is $4,000 in case I passed away that is a ripple no one told me if it wouldn't have been for the TV commercials that I have been looking at I would have never known I would have passed away and all my kids would have gotten $4,000 what am I going to do with $4,000 after 8 years pain for that policy what do you think what a ripple"

"The lady was very rude to my client on the telephone. She did not mail her the paperwork my client wanted to take out her cash values she needed due to a hardship situation. My client went directly to the local office after waiting 10 business days and she still had not submitted paperwork! This is horrible business conduct!"

"This place has no access for people who are in wheelchairs!! Even looked around to see if there was any kind of ramp and answer was NO!! Come on people you need a ramp for people who are in wheelchairs and also for the seniors etc who have trouble climbing stairs!! As far as service for reliable life insurance company service was ok and decent."

"The agents here are very very rude. I would suggest to take your business elsewhere. If you have a situation, it will not be resolved. Find a reputable agent who will take care of you. I was threatened by the head agent to be thrown out of the building for requesting to cancel a life policy. The agent made me sign the form a few times because the signature wasn't up to his standards. Very rude and confrontational man."
