"I want to let everyone know about a wonderful insurance agent named Barrington Pryce. He works for Farmer's Insurance Company in San Antonio, Texas. Farmer's sent an adjuster out to where the RAV4 had been towed and determined the vehicle was a total loss. A check was made out and we purchased a new RAV4 using that money.
