"If I could rate Dr. Kirk Quigless a "10-STAR," I would! I walked into this business so afraid. I have always been afraid of the dentist. From his staff, Moses and Ms. Kim, to my time in "the chair," I was treated like someone they all have known forever! Cheryl and Carrie are the absolute best in assisting Dr. Quigless. They both made sure that I was okay and I am better than okay. Dr. Quigless has the most phenomenal chairside manners of any optometrist EVER! The service that I received is second to none and I experienced absolutely, positively NO PAIN! While in the office and even after, while healing! I didn't need to take any pai medications! Dr. Kirk Quigless is definitely a 5-star optometrist!!! Thank you all so much!!!"

"Do not visit this office for dental work. They will take advantage of you and your insurance. I was overcharged after having to schedule two appointments (?) because they do not do a cleaning on your initial appointment. In addition, before my visit I was told that they would accept my insurance and then denied the claim after I had visited. They "accepted" my insurance, but did not accept the negotiated rates so I ended up paying $400+ after insurance for a procedure that should have been covered. They are not honest, they will overcharge you, they are slow, and they don't do a good job. I have a new dentist now and when I told him this story he said that this office should be shut down. I regret going and wish I never came."

"I really wanted to like this dental office and I just couldn't. The receptionist are the best part. They communicate well and are easy to reach. The office itself is odd - there are water damaged posters stored in the patient areas and patient info is often left on the screens when you walk in the back. I had been having issues with my bite and the lead dentist had developed a night guard that was supposed to help with jaw alignment. The way it was described was reminiscent of how chiropractics work. I tried the night guard but I could not bite down all the way with the way it was attempting to align my jaw. I told this to the dentist and he said it's a trade-off depending on how bad my alignment issues are. I also had a couple slightly jagged edges on my front teeth. It wasn't necessary, but they said they could fix that easily, so I said sure. They smoothed them with filling, but the fillings immediately broke (partially because I clench my teeth, ie the bite issue I mentioned earlier). I, again, couldn't bite down all the way without breaking these fillings. I went back 4 or 5 times for fixes, but my bite was so off at this point that everything felt uncomfortable. They ended up shaving some of my enamel off which I'm really sad about now. I can't grow that back... But I guess I can bite down all the way!"
