M/I Homes Copper Creek 8708 Copper Crossing Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131

"Stay as far away from any M/I home as possible. 2 years into living in our home, one of our kitchen cabinets is coming off our wall. We had multiple other issues with our cabinets that were “addressed” during our warranty period, however, they even admitted the original contractors did poor work on our cabinets. They did minimal work on the cabinets as “repairs”, it was already a fight to do even the smallest repairs within our warranty period. Now 2 years later and a falling cabinet, and they tell us we are out of luck. Save yourself the money and headache of dealing with M/I and go with a different builder."

"I had submitted the 11 Months inspection report from Berkshire community and they have not fixed anything yet, it has been 3 months they have not follow up on the maintenance, no response at all, before when I point out the issues, they told me they will fix it during 11 months and now they don’t respond to at all. Ceiling is not fixed, nails on the wall is not fixed, gaps on the every windows and door, insects are coming from the gaps, and I have babies at homes, no weep holes from where the wall starts, very poor installation of dishwasher, when I pointed they said it is like that, I went to my neighbor and they also had the same isssues. I have pictures as well, I wish I could upload the pictures, If you could plz think twice before doing business with M/I Homes"

"Beautiful homes. Their design team is A1. Very knowledgeable staff with a friendly demeanor. Will definitely be one of my top running homes when it comes to my forever build. Not sure if we would move to the Copper Creek hood but our child attends the new and beautiful Copper Creek elementary school within the neighborhood."

"I’m surprised that people gave good reviews here. I went to M&I Home, a girl- Emily was very mean and rude! We wanted to ask some information. She didn’t bother to spend one minute with us. My husband and I walked out their office very quickly. Because I’m buying house , there was no reason to work with someone who is rude and mean. We went to the next door office, KB home, and the lady, Ms.Burke is very friendly.She answered our questions and explained the process. We definitely buy house from a person who is not rude."
