"Rates went up 200.00 dollars without a call from my agent. I know they have multiple customers but would have appreciated the heads up. When I cancelled my policy they said I was required to show proof of insurance with my new company. I'm not sure this is state law but kinda of strange because I don't remember doing this in the past. If I have to shop again I'm not sure I would use this agency again. My policy was over 300.00 a month for 2 cars and 3 drivers without road side and rental car even before the 200.00 increase."
