"This father and son duo running a small town insurance company promise they’re capable of taking care of you while completely ignoring what’s going on with your policy. After reassuring me my policy was cancelled and taken care of, I received mail from the actual company saying I owed them money. Contradicting what this poorly ran insurance company claimed to be the case. They’ve done nothing but cost me money and lower my credit score. I paid the collections $140 just to be done with phone calls full of lies claiming they’re “taking care of it” ANYONE with a phone or a laptop can do their job."
