"I had an accident with my car and no one was able to help me. They said I couldn’t get a rental. I would have to pay for one of my own. The lady cut me short and tell me I would have to go to the company that caused my accident and get their insurance information. It’s not like they’re going to give that to me and I paid $*** a month and then without a car so I can’t go to work cause my work is very far and the insurance money seems to be all for nothing that I actually have to get into a car crash for you guys to help me. This is very disappointing and dissatisfying"
