"I guess I should have read all the negative reviews prior to committing to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't really leave reviews but this is a must. I have been tossed around 3 sets of appointments since June. It's now October. First appt (June), met with doctor. Second appt (Aug) canceled as their "cleaning person" wasn't in. Third appt (Sept) while on the way, canceled 30min prior to arriving stating doctor called off. They stated they rescheduled me for (Oct), lied to me and after I called a day prior, stated I wasn't in their system. Dede was nice when I arrived, but also said what an office manager is supposed to say to a patient, but no action taken. How about find out why nothing was NOTED on the receptionist computer by your employees? OR, instead of making excuses that wrong numbers were dialed in "miscommunication," maybe check on who kept sending me these appointment reminders and find out who decided NOT to schedule me for October, and apparently lied. I don't recommend this place for anyone."

"The service is always excellent. They're quick about getting you in for your appointment and I feel like they really listen to you. The doctor and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Laura is my dental hygienist and she is the absolute best! Straightforward and reasonable pricing...Highly recommend!"

"BAD! Very disappointed! I told the female dentist that I wanted an implant for my daughter who was 17the time. She said no problem but I had to wait til she was 18. So, I took her as soon as she was 18. X Ray was taken and ANOTHER ASSISTANT, came and told me that “they could not do it “ Because my daughter had a repaired cleft lip. This was discussed with the dentist for several months and the dentist even mentioned graphs and other. Rally BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY GIRL! This dentist should’ve said something else months ago instead of encouraging us she could do it."

"It’s about my mother! She purchased a set of dentures along with implants approximately 5 years ago. Since then she has lost 5 teeth out of the dentures, we would take them in and same routine drop them off at 8am and come back at 430pm to pick them up. (We know the drill) Today she noticed another lose and it had to be one that they have fixed before because my mom noticed that the tooth was a different shade. I called to make an appointment and first it went to a voicemail, I left a message, not a call back. I called later on and Dede, answered, put me on hold and hung up on me again. Called back, answering machine, called back someone answered again put me on hold again, I waited 30 minutes before hanging up. This place is a joke. I don’t write reviews but I have to this time because mom paid a lot of money out of her pocket to be treated like this. My wife is scheduled for implants next week sometime at this place, I am going to have her call a different place because of the service that mom is having with these jokesters."
