"We switched to Patrick's as our agent more than a year ago since we needed an agent that was close to us. The former agent was awesome but further in a different city. Patrick was great at the beginning and even we met him at his office. We normally communicate with agents during renew period to make sure we are getting what we want and the money we are paying is worth. This time, we emailed Patrick with questions about our renewal policy. He never responded to us. After several times trying to contact him , he emailed us with an apology of saying sorry for ghosting us. I called farmers insurance quickly to switch to another agent. He does not respond to emails once you become his customer for a while. Not reliable at all. You never ghost your customers. Six weeks of not responding was to much for us despite trying to remind him. He said his assistant was fostering a two month baby and thats why he never responded. That was unacceptable to us. I mean you can still conduct your business. A two month old baby should not be the reason you cannot respond to customers for weeks. Anyway I am in the process of switching agents."
