"They increased my Home insurance Premium Significantly by doing so-called inspection for brand new home garage roof without even telling or notifying me . Wont trust them for anything."

"Where do I even start? This has to be the WORST company in the universe. I got charged twice for home insurance. The two insurance agencies under them(QBE and MSI) both got paid a yearly premium by my mortgage company and I have been trying for almost 3 months just to get a refund for one of the payments since it's not only illegal to have 2 home insurance, but also because I can't afford to pay for two home insurance policies. They both toss you back and forth claiming they have no idea where my check is and that I should ask the other for proof that they sent or received the check. I've done everything they asked, and even reached out to D.R Horton Insurance, but they all still act confused everytime I call. I don't know why I have to develop High Blood Pressure because these people do such a horrible job at keeping track of customers payments. I'm CANCELING my policy asap and will advice anyone to AVOID this company like the black plague. Unless you don't mind being passed back and forth, or BABY-SITTING adults who don't care about your money, or just want to lose your mind."

"Called them for last 3 months, left messages in their voice mail, no one had returned my phone call yet. If you have D.R. Horton homeowners insurance I would suggest bundling it with your current insurance."

"I would give a zero if not for one helpful person. I applied for a flood insurance with and they processed it through MSI. Despite multiple follow ups with 2 gentlemen from this insurance agency , along with the MSI personnel ( as on the DocuSign document), i keep getting incorrect DocuSign documents (older coverage processed by mistake from D R Horton) to sign and they absolutely kept ignoring responses on my queries on addressing the correction. Oh how many time i have tried to reach out to this team on email and phone for the corrections and they never bother to even reply back to the email. (Different from when they wanted me to take the insurance and pay for the same) I finally connected today with a lady who listened to the case and explained that the DocuSign document needs to be signed to go ahead and that they cannot change it, as it is the initiation document. However the coverage will be what was amended and as per the latest declaration irrespective of what the DocuSign document says. How much of time and effort could have been avoided earlier, if the assigned agent at D R Horton insurance just chose to address the multiple follow ups and emails sent on this regards. Poor customer service except for the lady that finally answered my query meaningfully."
