"One of the worst and shady insurance companies I have ever dealt with. They keep bothering you to get a home insurance quote with them , after several calls and emails I took there quote and it was fairly competitive with other insurance companies. We signed the documents and all that good stuff after few days they call me back and said if I don’t bundle my car insurance with them they will cancel my policy, knowing that they already sent the coverage documents to my mortgage company. There car insurance was high which is understandable they give they home insurance low and get you with the car insurance. I declined the car insurance coverage with them so they canceled my home policy. So unprofessional and shady be aware. Shop around you’ll find better deals and better coverage."

"This agency has experienced fairly regular turnover in ownership over the past several years. This kind of churn does little to inspire confidence on the part of customers who value continuity as a key service component. Fortunately, this agency has been blessed to have retained the continuous service of Tracy Rodriguez, who has been a constant and continuous beacon of service excellence, transcending all the ownership confusion that has roiled the remainder of the organization. Tracy is a selfless, dedicated, driven servant leader that puts her customers first. For years, I have observed her sit on the front lines of this (and other) Farmers agencies. I have often wondered exactly services the "agent" owners perform, because it is Tracy who writes the policies, handles the quotes, takes the renewals, and listens to our complaints and seeks out alternatives as rates continue to skyrocket. I never once received a phone call from Jay Lyda, or his predecessor. I have not received a phone call from Joshua or Amy since they inherited the business. If they are not reaching out to customers, then what value do they add to the agency? Should they ever take the time to contact me, my initial feedback to them would be that Tracy Rodriguez should likely be sitting in their office, and receiving their commissions, and taking their residuals; because it seems like Tracy does all the WORK. And she does so personably, passionately, with an ever-present smile on her face, and a sincere Thank-You at the end of every interaction. Tracy is the SOLE reason I have loyalty to Farmers and to this agency. If she leaves, I will follow her. She is the literal face of the agency, and the only one who has ever attempted to forge a relationship with me as a customer. She has earned my loyalty, and no doubt the loyalty of dozens of other customers, by truly caring about us, and doing the basics better than anyone else. Tracy is the most rare of agency assets, and she is likely criminally under-appreciated by her management. Whatever her current compensation, the agency should triple it, simply as a safeguard against the inevitable customer exodus that would occur, should Tracy opt to leave the agency."
