"After dropping off a teenager for school, I was berated by a “Karen” employee for turning around in their EMPTY parking lot. Not a business I would recommend given the nastiness and entitled position of their employees. Sorry for ruining your day Karen but last I checked it wasn’t illegal to turn around in an empty parking lot. Hopefully you don’t call the authorities on the pizza boy or Uber eats for something so meaningless and find some happiness out there."

"I was a referral from the VA and had one appointment so far. At checkout, I received an appointment card with my next appointment on 2/6/23 at 1pm. I called today to verify my appointment and was told my appointment is now on 2/27. I took time off of work and live 40 minutes away. Poor way of doing business. I contact the VA to refer me to a different practice."
