"Stopped in just to get a quick quote on my recently purchased vintage RV. I was already good on insurance for my home and other vehicles but my insurance guy told me it was gonna be tough to get the amount of coverage I was looking for on the rv, which I thought was odd. Sat down with Rob, he listened to my goals and had a few options for me to consider pretty quick. I left, went home and kinda forgot about it. A few days later I got a call from Rob, he wanted to follow up with me. I guess he dug into it for a little while because he pretty much figured out the coverage part I was looking for. Then, he brought up a coverage issue on my home I wasn't even aware of. I live in an old house and my current insurance guy at the time didn't have proper coverage on my home. Basically if it burnt down I didn't have coverage to rebuild it, I would have just gotten a check. Long story short, I moved everything over to him. I appreciate the personal touch, I think I'm paying about the same as before, but I can honestly say I feel like I'm in good hands with Rob and he's looking out for my best interest."
