"This company does not stand behind their work. I took 22 cups for engraving and 3 of them were damaged. They didn’t inform me. I found out when I got home and started unboxing them. I reached out by text to the number I had been corresponding with to see if they could fix the cups or refund for the 3 that were damaged with no response. I paid with Venmo so I requested $45 be paid back to me and that request was denied by Becca Oldham. (I’m assuming she is the owner) Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It’s really unfortunate that people don't honor their work. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable …it’s not like I’m asking for a full refund. Would not recommend anyone spend their hard earned money with Basin Laser."

"I would remove this phone number or company all together. I don’t know if they no longer provide laser engraving service or not, but I called and an older gentleman answered and he sounded angry. He told me that he doesn’t understand why people kept calling him. He had an accent so it was difficult to understand. I tried to explain to him that his number is the one that shows up when trying to contact the business but I was unsuccessful."

"Not a traditional store front like I was expecting, but they delivered quality service in record time! I asked if they could engrave a cutting board for me last minute and they got it done in 24 hours. Beautiful job, quick and easy communication and they made personalizing so easy. Will definitely recommend and use again!"
