"Basin Billiards has helped with all my Billiards needs and have a very friendly crew and i have booked them for years and paid decent prices from minor jobs to big jobs. They did an upstairs job for me today and i was notified about a small stair fee. I was fine with because i was asked and i had said no stairs. I understand carrying 265 plus pounds down stairs. I don't agree with People or non Profits looking to scam companies. I had a cousin who bought a membership from Eagles Lodge in Odessa and then they told him they had no records of him buy one. Took his money too. Sincerely, Jim D."
"Terrible experience with the Basin Billiards. They were hired to move pool tables to the Eagles Lodge. Was told would be done in a day. Only 4 tables. Took a full 2 days to get it done. Said they leveled the tables and didn't. Had to come back and level. Then said they'd be back in 2 weeks to relevel, had to let tables settle into carpet. Been trying for over a month, to get them back out here to level them. Just keep getting the run around. First off we are a Non Profit Organization that helps the community out. Today the Manager Ken Farrington, stated that they have no intentions of ever coming back out to level these tables. That it is not his fault we have a bunch of drunks leaning on the tables to unlevel them. And that his customers were high end so he's not worried about the little people.. So on that note I will never refer anyone to this place. Jordan Amusement is way better. When Jeff Baze worked at Basin it was so much better."

If they don't have what you're looking for in stock they will order specifically what you want, they can even order customized felt for your pool table or poker table! Great place to shop and they're locally owned and operated, so that's a bonus!!"
