"The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my vintage Trek in for service and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with the service level needed to get my bike in tiptop shape. They installed a new chain and they cleaned the chain wheel and cassette, re-wrapped my handlebars, and installed new tubes and tires. I was really pleased with the service and they completed all the work and only two days. They also have a great selection of bike accessories . I was able to find the newest bike helmets that supply optimum protection. I would highly recommend the Midland Trek bike shop to anyone!"

I recently purchased 2 bicycles the bicycles were too small, so I returned them no questions ask no hassles and ordered a large in both, no problems, fantastic. The store has tons of stock. Accessories, lights, apparel, maintenance items, saddles, you name it. They also offer full service on bikes. The shop looked robust, and I'd absolutely trust them to wrench on my bike. "Every single one of the guys working here went beyond “above & beyond”! This was literally hands-down, one of the best experiences I think I’ve ever had shopping anywhere. The guys here are super helpful, very knowledgeable, beyond friendly, fast, and more than willing to do whatever it takes to meet your needs. I put a $700 down payment on an entry level full suspension giant when it was Peyton’s Bike Shop, just to hold the bike. Trek took over & I finalized the purchase through them. It was a night & day difference. They put on the new tires I upgraded to, grips, & pedals. It was a fast process so I’m definitely happy about that. I’ll most definitely be coming back here again when it’s time for an upgrade. I don’t even mind spending more to get a trek vs a giant just because of the very high level of customer service.
