"Originally from the Clinton area & was recently back to see friends & family. Needed to get a printout of my updated Progressive Insurance card, so initially stopped at Core-Vens. However, they advised me that only the agency that wrote the policy can assist in obtaining a printout. Drove down 2nd to Van Buer & asked if they could help me out. Mike said sure, called Progressive's office & handed me the phone - less than five minutes later had the updated printout in my hand. Perfect example of great service ethic, even when you're not necessarily a customer. If you're looking for an insurer who will be there to help you out, I believe the answer between these two offices is pretty obvious."
