My biggest complaint is that I had to wait 40 minutes for the dentist to come see me once I was roomed (and I was there for my scheduled appointment time). They had a last minute cancellation while I was there, so they offered to do a cleaning after my exam, but they didn’t offer to do my cleaning while I waited for the dentist. I was there almost two hours."
