"unfortunately I had to work for an extraction, and unfortunately I had to go to dental dreams, all very well the facilities clean the staff extremely attentive polite and helpful, but the hair in the soup was the dentist, I explained my needs and how much anesthesia they had put me in a similar procedure in the past, Well, she did what she knows how to do, and well it was the very hell that I had to live and experience, this lady is wild no matter how much I told her that i needed more anesthesia and that she stopped she told me, everything is fine, it's okay, I had to stop her 3 times of which only once again she put me anesthesia, wild the lady, very unconscious, I am not an expert in anesthesia and much less in tooth extraction, but if the patient tells me to stop I would do it, the dentist of dental dreams is a very wild person and does not listen to her patients, zero stars for her."
"My appointment was at 12pm and I even arrived early. I want called back until 12:15pm. I got to the back and was numbed for fillings and was just sitting for an additional 30min. The service is trash and the attitudes of the staff is even more trash. They really need to work on time management. When someone schedules an appointment for a certain time, the expectation of the person receiving the service is to be serviced at said appointment time. This is ridiculous!"
"Be prepared to wait 40 mins to an hour after your scheduled appointment time. They also have a sign at the door that says no food or drinks but if you ask them for a cup of water they say they don’t have any?? Or she was just lazy and didn’t want to get up to get me any. This place is terrible."
"Great place , respectful and helpful colleagues , been going there for years and the female dentist had been the only one to pull out teeth , and 4 times has done a magnificent job her and assistant! I thank God for them , and last tooth gave them quite a workout, but were able to complete task ! Thank you all staff!"
"I shop in this area and pass by this place all the time, so I decided to look up some reviews. I saw mostly positive things and had had a bad experience with another dentist so I decided to call and schedule an appointment. There was a snag in the process and I had to obtain my scans from the original dentist I attended and reschedule. I was a bit irritated, but understood the process. That was on a Wednesday morning. I received a call that same evening and the next day reminding me to reschedule. I obtained the scans, rescheduled and showed up on time. Upon sign in, the receptionist proceeds to try and tell me that my appointment wouldn't be full filled because I needed the scans, she didn't even ask because if she did I would've informed her that they had them already in the form of an email from the original dentist. I informed of her such and she responded ' let me check and see if we can accept these'. Now I'm major irritated because I felt as if someone could've or should've looked them over before allowing me to reschedule. So when the receptionist returns, she says she is waiting on the dentist herself to look them over. I asked her why someone didn't do that before allowing me to reschedule and she replied ' I'm not the one that rescheduled you'. So the dentist agrees and they call me in the back. The tech asks the reason for the visit and I say I want to discuss possibly getting dentures, so I thought the dentist was going to come with some information on that and we'd have a discussion. She came into the room and legit asked ' what teeth do you want pulled? ' as the first question. Nothing else. I showed her which ones we could start with and she replied ' you need a morning appointment for the worse one'. She proceeded to lay me back to start the extraction then asked a couple health questions. She then informed me that I needed to get medical consent from my health practitioner and that she would hold my appointment until then. At that point I was livid, as I had made two trips there for nothing, and had made the decision that I probably wouldn't return because they acted as if they didn't want to service me. I wasn't made to feel to comfortable or at ease at all. That was at the end of July and to this day, I haven't received a call asking when to reschedule so I feel that I was right. I will just wait the 6 months or however long it takes until I can be rescanned per my insurance and go somewhere else."
