"Can you tell me why one of your "team members" feels it necessary to conceal his license plates, and sit parked on gravel roads in the Grand Meadow MN area today? He sat in one location for 4hrs. Parked on another road for 3hrs then a mile away for another 3hrs. Not at houses doing "business", just parked sitting in the driver's seat randomly on rural roads."

"I get it a guys got to make a dollar but a guy named Zach Pitts showed up wanted to talk but once I started suggesting, I don’t need the top plan he started getting a little grumpy and once I Said I wanted to read everything over and get back with them he started insulting my decision making abilities if you would have just let his training talk i probably would have signed up today but he kept interrupting to push his sale then I find all these bad reviews"

"Platinum Agents, It seems to be a common theme in the reviews. So it must be your common practice. You show up in rural areas and act sketchy. I think you need to revamp your strategy. As soon as the two agents left my premises, I went to check if this company was legit and found all these reviews. Seriously, do not ever come to my door and not be forthright with me. If you’re not confident enough to get to point.I can confidently point you off my property."

"A salesman came to our house to sell us this. I told him I wasn't interested at first, but the next thing I knew, my husband and I were standing at his tailgate, listening to his sales pitch. He was a super nice guy and apparently a great salesman because we ended up signing for this ins. He said our application for eligibility would have to go to State Mutual and it would take a couple business days for the premium to draft out of my bank account. Later on that night, I decided to do some research into this company and found very poor reviews and testimonials from people who had bad experiences. I decided I was not going to go through with it, so I went to the bank first thing in the morning to put a stop payment. I called Platinum and canceled the policy. 5 days later, my bank calls and says they keep trying to pull the premium from my account... So I call Platinum and ask why this is happening. I'm told that as soon as I sign up for the policy, they pull the premium and that there is no waiting period like the salesman said. When I asked why it was trying to pull 5 days later if it just automatically pulled immediately, she didn't know. So I canceled less than 12 hours after signing up and they were trying to take my money a week later. I'm sure glad I put a stop payment on it at the bank because I'll bet you anything I would have never seen that money again."
