"Been here a few times since they were back by the domain. First time at the new store yesterday. Not over expensive for a brick and mortar. Decent selection. Lost my 3gun belt (stolen) at my last match and needed a quick replacement. Was able to find what I needed. They only carry HSG that I could see which ended up costing an arm and a leg. Would be nice to see a larger selection of that type of stuff. The dude who helped me in the holster area was absolutely great. Dude who checked me out at the counter seemed less than excited to be there. Would go back for blue label and other small stuff for sure. Not sure I’d replace my kit there again just due to selection and price (for what I needed). Now if I wanted to get some gear for my job as a medic they have tons of stuff that applies but didn’t get to check pricing. 3.5/5 for now. Will update after being able to spend more time in the store Edit: I see the owner replied, yeah a 3 star objective review. Wasn’t a bad experience. Just wasn’t a 5 star experience. Nothing personal. "Went in to complete my suppressor purchase on the Kiosk, only needed to do fingerprints and sign. Asked the person at the front counter for directions to the kiosk in the store, (it was hidden behind some racks and shelves and not readily seen from front door) and he wanted to direct me to the Silencer Shop store down the road, rather then GT's Kiosk, implying that if I was going to need assistance with the kiosk this wasn't the place to do it... I got what I needed done, without needing assistance. The store is well stocked and other staff was eager to assist, we made a few other purchases and browsed. This place is your local Academy's gun department on steroids. They definitely cater to Law enforcement. Will shop here again for the quality products. UPDATE: the new Round Rock location is huge, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the light banter the employees had going as they were getting ready to close for the day plus I got my suppressor !"
