"Great experience! Above and Beyond Service! This is our story: We come here for oil change frequently. Only last year we went to a different place. They over-tightened the plug - so that after our oil change at jiffy this year they couldn’t tighten the plug properly. Next day we had an oil leak. Even though it wasn’t jiffy’s mistake, Eric and team took care of it next day and at a very fair price. That is what I mean with above and beyond service! Thank you!"

"I can't believe this place is somehow still in business. I live steps away, so its location is convenient but the last three times I've tried to go here--all over the past year and during their listed business hours--it's either been closed (no employees on site), their "system is down", or "all the employees just quit on me." I went there the other day and the guy there offered to change my oil, only if I paid in cash. Seemed really shady. Even though it's convenient, I will not be bothering with this place from now on."
