"I came in to pick up some cards. I have really bad anxiety, and am self conscious about being an adult who collects cards, so I'm not a fan of announcing what I'm there for. Typically I just ask an employee if they can help me get something out of the case, and they come to me and I show them what I want. Today I did just that, and when I asked for help the lady just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. This immediately started making me anxious. I asked again, and she asked me which cards I wanted to get. Standing in front of the large case that only carries the specific type of card I was there for, I pointed at it. I was standing right in front of it. She then proceeds to act like she didn't know what I wanted, and then started naming every type of tcg they carry, except for the ones I was very clearly asking for. I understand it probably sounds dumb that I didn't just say it, but there were other people around, as I said I am extremely self concious, and honestly I was just really thrown off that it seemed like this lady was purposely trying to make me uncomfortable. So I had an anxiety attack and left. As I was leaving she laughed and said sorry she couldn't help me. I liked being able to go to an actual store that carries those cards, even if it's a little more expensive. Now I feel like I can't go back. Amazon it is from now on. As dumb as all that might sound, I've been to this store for cards around 15 times in the last couple months. My anxious way of getting what I want has never been an issue, and this made me feel so uncomfortable. It honestly felt like she was trying to make me uncomfortable. Never going back."

"This store is not only press play but also owns pokemmanics and Plushiemaniacs. Common trend at ALL these stores NO MATTER the location: Scalper pricing. The stores have great inventory and outstanding selection however the prices are beyond robbery. They are BEYOND marked up (Understand margins and profit, this is hussling) the employees are press play are not able to do anything about the outrageous pricing even when ANY other collector store will comp. Any GENUINE collectors please avoid this outrageously overpriced selection and please consider any other small business."

"Product selection is great. Employees are nice and respectful. Unfortunately, the shop frequently sells items for over MSRP. I'm mostly interested in pokemon product, and basically everything sold here is sold for over MSRP. Most of the time, prices are higher than Gamestop, which is crazy to me. I try to shop local, but when local tries to price gouge you, just shop online...or at Gamestop. At least online, you'll get products for the price the manufacturer intended and you don't have to leave your house. I love the shop, so I'll still stop by to see cool new stuff, but sadly won't be purchasing."

"PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE, they are not Trustworthy thieves. I shopped here about a month ago. I left my card in the reader machine. I went back to look for my card. They said it wasn’t there. I called and spoke with someone who said that it wasn’t there. Then, a month later someone from that store made an $.08 charge on my card (to the store) and reversed it. Luckily I noticed the same day, and called my bank to cancel the card. Someone who works in this store stole my card, and tried to test it out a month later in the same store to see if it was cancelled. Ridiculous! Also, they have no voicemail set up - how convenient!"

"Very very cool store with lots of anime merch! I bought myself a hunter x hunter bucket hat and I’m very happy about! Lots of Mario, animal crossing / other Nintendo items too. They also have figured, PlayStation, Xbox, wii, switch, etc games. The also have jujutsu kaisen, demon slayer, naruto, my hero academia, re:zero (Rem), and many more. Very affordable and reasonable prices too!"
