"Do not waste your time at this location!! I went once paid $159.00 for an oil change only to have to go to the dealership to get it corrected for an additional fee!! They caused additional damage to the point I spent most of my holiday weekend dealing with car issues.. called today and they refused to refund! Crooks! 5/31 Still waiting on a phone call from the district manager as they are refusing to abide by the guarantee, even though I went to Jiffy Lube three times and was told to go back to your manufacturer. The fact that you can write a comment, but not pick up the phone is very telling of the business practices"
"I've been going to this specific jiffy lube for over a year now for oil changes on 2017 Hyundai accent and I've never had an issue. Went and got brakes done today and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the service. Staff is always kind when I go."
