"Had a terrible experience here and the staff/employees are rude & unprofessional. None of them asked me did I need help with anything but instead followed me around the store during my whole time shopping there to the point where it was uncomfortable. One of the them was so rude to the point that I heard her talking in her earpiece telling one of her coworkers “She’s just still looking around” while following me. Every time I looked up, it seems like they were just looking at me talking into their earpiece and following me around the store. I didn’t even want to finish shopping for what I was looking for. I literally just got the three items I was carrying and checked out because they were making my experience so uncomfortable. This location has the rudest employees. I honestly felt disrespected and targeted."

I made a few trips to this shop prior to the holiday season and I was always able to find excellent clothing and accessories that I needed for the holidays. The sales staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Jupiter. Jupiter was helpful, cheerful, and an expert sales person who helped us from start to finish. I really appreciate the personalized service that comes with a excellent salesperson like Jupiter. It makes the difference.
