"Staff was friendly enough, but apparently have no business working on golf clubs. Bought some limited edition golf pride grips online. Brought my clubs here to have them installed. 3 days later I call because I hadn't heard back and they tell me they were done and must have had the wrong number. I go pick them up and as I'm loading them up I notice the putter grip isn't square. Take it back in and the guy goes ahead and straightens it up for me. A few days later I take them out for the first time since the regripping. I realize that almost none of the grips are installed straight and are slightly twisted around the shaft. Then I go to use my hybrid. Start to take a slow practice swing, and at the top of the swing the shaft snaps like a twig a few inches up from the bottom of the grip. Call the place the next day and explain everything and they tell me it's unlikely the regripping would have caused the shaft to snap but to bring them back in and they'll take care of it. Take them back and drop them off. Notice a dent in the shaft of pitching wedge and tell them to go ahead and change that while they're at it. They call me later that day to tell me they don't have those grips in stock but they have the same in a slightly different pattern. A couple days later I go and pick up my clubs for the second time. Get them home and realize that the grips aren't just a different color. It's a whole different grip pattern. Then I'm checking out the shaft they installed on the pitching wedge and realize they didn't install a ferrule. I live a half hour away in good traffic and have made 2 trips there already for this. Now I'll probably have to make another to have a forgotten ferrule installed. To say their service has been disappointing would be an understatement."

"Absolutely amazing experience helping me find new clubs to buy! I had an idea of which irons (t100s / t150s) with shafts (xstiff heavy flex) that I wanted before I walked into the store as I had been fitted in the past. But I wanted to test out a few different combinations to see the numbers one last time before spending the money. I basically got an hour long fitting session for free on the trackman bays they have and tested out several different combinations. Jesse, the fitter who works there, was super helpful and very easy work with! I have got fitted at club champion before a couple of times and while I enjoyed my experience there I felt there was way too much pressure to buy after the fitting. There was 0 pressure here. Couldn't have asked for any better!"

"Absolutely love the place, have amazing shopping experience with Stephen, Erik, Aaron, and a few others today when I come to have my Driver shaft get fixed and then buy a new set of irons from Miura and finally replace my whole set with new Stealth Driver and the hybrids from TaylorMade. The whole shopping experience is very pleasant and educated. I learned so many things about golf gears, get tried many different options, and get helped on finding the best clubs that fit me the most.
