Air Team Vehicle Emissions Testing Station - Markham

"What a bad experience I had at the Markham testing facility, I took my mom vehicle to be tested at this facility and was sent around to the facility office after a long wait in line to get tested. When I arrived inside the office I was greeted by the assistant manager Hispanic guy whom obviously didn’t want to be at work because he was rude to me and everyone he was assisting. As I was walking out the door I stated never again will I come back here, the assistant manager then started yelling WHAT WHAT WHAT YOU SAY I continued walking out. In my younger days I would’ve got right on his a$$ but I kept going. The customer service here is terrible from the manager but the employees was kind and friendly. I’m going to find a way to file a complaint with the state."

"I was in and out in less than ten minutes total. I went early lunch on, I think, a Monday. It was a weekday. The employee that did my test was very pleasant, go me in and out, and we very informative."

"Quick and easy… took no more than 5-10 minutes @ 2pm on a weekday! Knocked just one star as the employees just seem dead inside .. they weren’t rude.. but just seemed like they hated being @ work. I feel for them as they are hiring and they are only being paid $14 /hr which isn’t even enough to rent and have a car!!! They would have to work 2 full days to afford the registration sticker they test emissions for.. so i understand the less than enthusiastic demeanor"

"Hey what's going on guys check out this review for you so not that I try to but I kind of waited a little bit to do my emissions test but needless to say I was taking care of by the amazing staff I was in and out and I passed which is always a good thing I also want to the patience of the whole entire staff I know that can be a lot dealing with so many Personalities in the day so if any of them are reading this I just want to say I appreciate your expertise and just your positive attitude that really goes a long way with individuals especially me"

"Emission test time! I was there at 8 am and two cars were ahead of me. Seamless and smooth transition here. In and out within 15-20 minutes with a PASS. For the beginning of the month, this is great! Waiting time was minimal. It's a true saying...early bird gets the worm."
