"Just returned from a Galaxycon appearance with Ric Flair in NC that Fiterman was there running Mr. Flair's autograph table. For me, I personally collect WWE autographs and have the talent personalize my items to me, which has never been an issue as most prefer to do so. Fiterman would NOT allow Mr. Flair to personalize my item. I am sorry, but if I am paying 196 dollars after taxes for an autograph, the autograph should come as requested, which a personalization is harmless. The Fiterman staff was rude, quick to rush you through (there was not much of a line) and very unaccommodating. While this was my first experience with Fiterman, it will for sure be my last as not allowing talent to personalize PERSONAL ITEMS (even if an additional fee had to be paid) is absolutely ludicrous."

"Sent in an item to get signed by Olajuwan and Drexler. I had a so-so experience before with this company but I figured it was a fluke. They ripped the display box for the item even though I taped a color picture with instructions on how to open the box (the box had a flip opening, not a regular slide on/off top). I paid for JSA authentication and they didn't even do that! The biggest F-up was that they used a smaller box than what I mailed the item in and the box didn't even fit my item. They just closed the flaps and taped the box shut and mailed it out. When I called to complain all the rep (I won't use his name) said was "it was mailed in the exact same box it came in" and "we'll refund your JSA money". When I told him there's no way that was the same box because my original mailing label wasn't on it (a UPS label) and the box was way too small for my item plus it didn't have any protection (I always use bubble wrap and or popcorn), he just got silent and said he'd refund my JSA payment. Straight garbage!! I thought they were professionals, this was like amateur night!! Never again!!"

"For celebrity appearance: Go into the store and check in with your ID. You will get a ticket with a number on it. A guy will call out ticket numbers (for instance "numbers 325-350) and put the groups in line. They have multiple lines set up. I had a photo op, which is up to 3 people in the photo. I went to FSG for the Undertaker appearance. There were a ton of people. It was a little difficult figuring out what to do because there wasn't any signs to help direct. It took me a while for me to track down worker who knew what I supposed to be doing. Thankfully, I asked someone near me what to do, or I would have been lost. Since we couldn't crowd the area, they moved some of us by Zara's. We really couldn't hear what the guy was saying because it was very loud. I recommend for them to get a megaphone or post up signs to help direct people. The lines actually went pretty fast. It started at 3:00, and I was #360. I took my picture by 3:40. It was a quick photo on my phone. I gave my phone to a worker, and he snapped it. I really liked my photo."
