James walked me through the whole distilling process from start to finish -- down to the char of the staves in the barrels. "This place is one of the best kept secrets in the area. The venue is a little out of the way, but the drinks are off the charts great. There's something for everybody here, and I highly recommend it. They truly believe in their brand here, and whether it's a cocktail or their spirits, you should definitely try a tasting of what they have to offer.
