"Ordered some items from their site, they never arrived, I called the store numerous times and was told the owner/manager would call back and unfortunately they never did. I went to the shop at MSR twice and chatted with someone in their store who assured me the refund would be processed. It never has been processed and I've still never received the order. The order was placed in November of 2022, and we've still yet to receive a call from anyone. I always visited their store during track days when they were open and tried to buy something every time I was out there, but after this I will not shop with them any more. 2 stars because the man and women at the shop at MSR were always very polite and nice people."
