"I’ve been a ball player for 20+ years and this is the best batting cage I’ve ever stepped foot in. It’s clean, organized, and well run. The manager, David, has been super accommodating every time I’ve been. Big fan."

"We have been members with D-Bat The Woodlands for a year now and have taken our son to lessons every single week, sometimes 2 times a week, to work with a coaching professional. We love our coaches and they really know how to work with kids. Only reason for the 3 stars is their ownership. I’m writing the review as owner doesn’t want to notify public of price increase for lessons and found out by looking at our bank account. We pay for a membership to receive a discount on pricing for said lessons, again we have been going for last year regularly. We had a lesson on Friday and all was good. Got home and noticed on our banking they had charged us more than the usual fee for a lesson. I called in on Saturday and got a front staff member and explained my concern and addresses pricing. I was notified that “they don’t have to tell you and no obligation to let you know pricing is going up!” I asked to speak to management, but was told he wouldn’t be available until today. I called this morning and spoke with manager regarding my concern over price hike with no notice. He let me know owner made this effective 11/1/23 and was not wanting to let the public know of the rate increase “they’d cross that bridge if asked”. In most cases members need to budget and make plans. We booked 2 months out prior to the change and will not be honored pricing prior to their secret effective date they put in place unless we pay for all of them in full according to management. Managements hands are tied as this is a owner issue for hidden pricing adjustment. It’s also to date not been updated on their site, nor in the store of increase."

"My son has improved a lot. We take an hour of classes with Coach Stubblefield once a week and I can tell you that in less than a month he has made significant progress not only in his hitting technique, but he has also inspired my son to be a better player and give his best. My son has improved his attitude in the game and has become a boy that really loves this sport."

"Nice facility. Was SUPER busy! I guess everyone had the same idea, go to the cage to practice since the weather wouldn't allow it. Met some really nice people there. Was a group of High school softball es, that took rotations with us. And a little league coach that also helped us out. He gave my son some pointers on stance and technique. Overall everyone was pretty nice.! We bought a card for the pitching machine only, but will likely explore the batting coaching some."
