"I came here yesterday and I bought shoes,I want to exchange 2 pair and i gave manager receipt and I told her to exchange,she did exchange and again charging me for that shoes,I told her u r charging me again she even didn't check receipt or my bag,she was very rude and with her her coworkers also..she told me I am manager but she was very rude with customers. check tho"

"Hope Mulan’s owner will see this comment and will never hire employer who is so rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customer. Please check your cameras if you have..we went to store on 11/04/2022 around 7pm to buy shoes for my baby. We were trying our baby shoes size and this one kid(employer) came saying can you put that shoes inside the boxes we just cleaned. She was so rude. When I asked her name she did not want to give her name so I clicked pic. However, I don’t want to post her face. I hope owner will check cameras to teach their employee how to behave with their customers by at least not letting their employees repeat these kinds of behavior."

"I like Love shoes a lot and I came all the time with my friends to purchase sandals and kids shoes….I bought this week two times once in a month I stop buy to this place and buy some sandels…Not one all the time the cashier three 3 girls and one boy behave rudely specially this girl where she says she is a manager of the store her name is ***Dulce S*** she pretend like a manager but she doesn’t have any skills how to behave with customers…Literally she was jumping on customer and wants to fight I honestly like the store but because the sales person I’ve to avoid this place….I strongly ask the owner of this place to please check your cameras and discipline of this sales people I know you might don’t have time for all this but they’re making your business down and you’re paying them they’re not working as a free or a voluntary at your place so please look around them hire some good sales person not kids specially all sales person are kids… Thank you!!!"
