"I've been to this sams with my elderly parents this is third time! Today your door greeter had a problem! Standing in front of the basket like we were going to steal something! HONESTLY!! THEN IM LOOKING AT HER AND SHE SAYS "WHAT"! She is a very rude person ! Sams because of her your store is going to loose customers! Does she realize because of the customers she has a paycheck!! This happened around 11:25 am. I THINK YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER AND TREAT CUSTOMERS BETTER!"

"This is not a good place to buy tires! It was a long time ago. I sent people there for tires. Now, they are rude and don't want to help you. They require an appointment, but never answer the phone. Once I waited 2 hours to have a slow leak fixed. I had to bring it back days later with the same issue. The guy told me he can't fix it if nothing is wrong. I had to WATCH him test it, and saw the bubbles immediately! Next time, they wouldn't even check my tire. Told me they had no patches and I had to go all the way to the Woodlands location. I had a mail and needed a new tire! I then bought 3 other tires at that location. Richey doesn't want your business for tire sales. Been this way for years now. The Woodlands location needs to train Willowbrook and Richey Rd employees what customer service looks like!!"

"The price for your buck is amazing. I make the best kabobs, fruit salad and essential items. I have saved like never before thanks to Sam's Club. Wild cough sea food is prestine. Office supplies are the best for the price and quality is not sacrificed."

"As far as inside the store, it's as great as any other Sam's Club. Same great selections. However, the parking lot can become a nightmare because there's only one entrance that takes you back to 45 and the spaces are very tight in front of the store. When they improve the traffic and parking situation I'll be happy to add a star to this review."

"The lines at checkout weren't that long ,but either way I used their scan&go to pay faster. I easily found what I needed and also saw some good deals. The samples they were giving out tasted great. Sad to say that unfortunately their sample kiosk machine had run out of the samples but when they put good things for samples that's what happens."
