"Not what I was expecting... in a great way! I was expecting it to have a hard-core vibe where newbs and dads aren't given much attention. Instead, I received an extremely warm reception and the two guys I dealt with were both knowledgeable, friendly, and so encouraging. I bought a bike for my 7th grader and yeah, it's not top of the line or have the best hardware, but the guide pointed out all the great things about the bike (which I had already bought online - no chance for an upsale) to make me even happier with the purchase. They explained the 30 day no questions asked warranty and 1 year free tune up - even shared that most people break the bike in for 6mo or so and then schedule for a tune up. I've never dealt with a bike shop so inviting and while I've been a Cannondale guy for decades myself, I value great service and quality - Trek certainly did both."
