"I order my items for curbside pick up. The wait was less than 5 minutes in the morning and I was greeted by Mary. She was really friendly. Is nice to start off your morning with a store that is friendly."
"This is not a review on my service but something that I witnessed today. There was an elderly women waiting near the exit door with a basket FULL of items she had purchased a lot of which where very heavy. I believe she was waiting on someone to come and assist her (a family member) to which Alan from automotive offered to assist her. We watched as he happily loaded this customers car for her, made sure she was good before she left and left her with a smile. This was such an amazing act of kindness to see a young gentleman like himself assist someone in this day and age without being asked but merely out of the kindness of his heart and then to find him walking (wasn’t sure if his shift was over or if he was at lunch) was even more humbling to me. He was on his own time & out of his dept. Such a beautiful thing to witness! It’s people like him that will forever make me a customer of this Sam’s! Great job Alan! Thank you for going above and beyond on helping someone im sure if it made my day to witness it, it made her day to get the help! You are a shining star! Sam’s is lucky to have you!"
"Love ordering ahead and being able to pick up. My visit here to this location was the first. Parking is available with plenty of spaces for ordering ahead . The service was nice. The gentleman who assisted with my groceries was amazing. He was thoughtful, courteous and did what he could to ensure I had what I needed. I definitely will visit here in the future."
"A super organized and clean store, which includes a gas station and tire center. Its staff always dedicated to serving you. Surely I will lack people to mention, but of those who are always there to help me I remember: Yasna, Tanya, Kim, Jessica, Harrison, José, Jesús, Garnette, Carol, Maria, Karen, Marie, Mike, Cody, Leticia, Ubaldo, Andres, Luis, Mary, Mirna and Alejandra. "In store customer service is fine. Don't even think about trying to call them though because answering is not a thing at Sam's. This is why I prefer Costco among other things. Also, if you order online for pickup, make sure and check inventory before you drive away because when they forget to give you something you won't get them on the phone."
