"I would give it a 4.5 star, but 5 is better. The staff were very nice and I don’t understand why the reviews are bad. The items were priced cheaper and offered us a discount. They have everything you need, like flippers, kick-boards, swim caps, goggles, and more. The only reason I would give it a 4.5 is because of the hours. Other than that, great place if your kids swim and is worth checking out"

"Swim club sent us there for the meet suit. It took an *entire hour* for four or five clients to go through the checkout line. The employee at the cash register looked and sounded like she was stoned. The other employee was more helpful."

"WOW what awesome customer service!! Young high school girl, who might be named Hannah but I could be remembering that incorrectly, was super helpful for us first timers, telling us what we didn’t need to buy for just summer swim, and what she really did recommend. We will be back!"

"I am at DJ Sports Katy location. I called them in the afternoon and the guy said that the store is open till 5:00 PM. I am here at the store at 4:00 PM and the store is closed. I left from work early and drove 45 mins to come to the store and now the store is closed. They don’t have respect for anyone’s time. I will never come here if my son’s swim team doesn’t not require to buy stuff from here . So disrespectful!!!!"

"The employee that helped me went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the correct size and team suit. They are a little pricy but they do have different options depending on what you are looking for. We purchased suits, caps, goggles and fins."
