"Terrible experience at the cafe. Half of the items were out of stock and the employees are very lazy and incompetent. It took me 45 min to order and get my icecream sundae, they also did not have vanilla ice cream and I was forced to have some gross chocolate kind. Just not worth it and you’re better off at Costco getting the same thing in 10 min and getting what you want. I will be sticking with Costco"

"I understand the weekends are the busiest times to visit Sams club but not having carts inside and NOT seeing anyone taking carts in does NOT help! It's frustrating when you ask about carts and are told to go outside and get one. Had I known (which I would have if I would have looked at outside cart rack) I would of grabbed one. So for the 30 minutes I was inside and came out I still didn't see anyone gathering carts when I came out. Maybe I am expecting to much..."

"Door Greeter was very pleasant. Membership services did job, not a step beyond. No explanation of membership rates or specials. Store was clean and organized. Selection of non food items was sparse. Overall not impressed. Was a diehard Sam's Club member twenty years ago. Compared to today, today is struggling across the finish line. Prices were same as retail stores. Checkout was efficient. Checker was pleasant."

"I just came here for the cheap eats. A hot dog combo with a drink is $1.38. A pizza combo with a drink is $2.50. I went with the pizza pretzel. It was $1.98 and very tasty. On a budget???? Sam’s Club is your place. You can get an extra large family size pizza for like nine dollars at this place, cooked and ready to go."

"This seems to be a smaller than usual location. Looks like they've got all the Xmas stuff out already. While waiting in a backed up line to exit the store, it seemed that the older white gentleman checking customer receipts and carts took a LOT longer and was more thorough with Black customers as opposed to all others. Just an observation. Gas prices decent @$3.099 today (9/20/23)"
