"Took 2 saddles to have the bottoms re fleeced and a good oiling. After I paid and picked up, I noticed the leather ties at the back holding the skirts together were only partially re strung. Took the saddles back to have it done right, and was told she didn’t do that it was some other employee. She would not fix it. Don’t recommend this place for saddle repair! Make sure you thoroughly check over before you pay!"
