"I had very positive experiences in CrossRoad bikes. I visited last year when i started looking for a road bike to replace my then current gravel bike. I had multiple options between Cannondale, Cervelo, and others. Mike was very helpful then. I found a bike online months later that was cheaper in price, I called Mike and Sean and both gave me a better deal on my Cannondale Supersix Evo. I went ahead made the purchase, got the fitting done by Mike (it's spot-on), and when I had a minimal issue with the bike, they fixed it for free. Sean, Mike and the rest of the team are easy to deal with, honest, and very helpful. They've earned a long-term customer. I highly recommend paying them a visit and asking questions. you won't be disappointed."

"I had brought in a damaged wheel to be matched for a new one. Waited a few days, went back and found out there was never a ticket made and my wheel and disk router were waiting to be trashed. Intercepted it got my disk router back and created a ticket for the new rim. Waited another week with no word and found out the wheel still hasn't arrived if even ordered so took my disk brake back and left. I'm sure they do good work but this situation was handled very poorly."

"Went in looking for some new tires for my road bike. Was hoping to increase in size but uncertain as to how large would fit. The guys in the shop grabbed various sizes and mounted them on my rims until we found the perfect fit. Amazing !! In addition they did a quick check of my components and made some minor adjustments. "The rear hydraulic disc brakes on my e-bike were loose and needed fixing. A relatively normal issue. I brought it to Gotta Ride Bike where I’m a regular customer for all my other bikes but they wouldn’t even look or touch these brakes because it was on an e-bike. I found that odd considering this was for brakes and unrelated to the hub motor. But I understand some shops don’t want to deal with anything touching an e-bike. I then brought it to Crossroad Bikes and they were happy to examine it and repair it. Cost was $37.89. Repair work was excellent, respectable & friendly customer service. Based on this and the last several shop visits for my bikes I will officially be switching to Crossroad Bikes as the bike shop for all my family’s bike needs going forward."

"Very polite and helpful. If your on a budget and need to use your bike for work, I recommend you go here. They will inspect/fix bikes that you've brought second hand and get them running back up to almost full compacity. While pricey, their repairs do last a very long time and are very well done."
