"I feel they have a rodent problem.. I just received my delivery order this morning and when I was putting the things away the bread bags have holes. I really enjoyed kroger for their low prices but after I saw this I don’t think it is worth it"
"This is a distribution center and a distribution center only. If you pull up in your car hoping to shop, steal, or even borrow groceries, then that's your own fault. This place is not open for any services except for working. If you wish to work, then by all means apply at your own discretion online. Shop at HEB, Walmart, Target, Dollar store, Gas station or even Walgreens if you want groceries. Or at your own leisure, order online through kroger site."
"Kroger has consistently done a great job delivering our groceries. HEB keeps pushing their in house products, and not offering an option to buy name brands. So I decided to give Kroger a shot. It’s very convenient and a great alternative to going to the store, or curbside pickup. Not to mention, that as soon as HEB saw Kroger doing this, they went out and bought minivans so they could do this also. They can’t see anyone doing something because, right away, they want to do it too!"
"Management here is Inept. How do you identify the members of your team that could sink it? Maybe look past the niceties. Well that's up to HR. With that said a little bit about how the reviews work. The five star's is strictly for the delivery person as far as Kroger's concerned anything less is a strike against them. Sure leave a comment for them. However detail any problem you may be having with the back end. Such as bread, tomatoes, chips etc being placed under heavy canned goods, which I do feel management and safety should be out checking things as they are being unloaded off trailers instead of just twiddling thumbs. Let's be proactive, and especially making sure of timely notification for late deliveries. Some members of management will call ccoe and call it a day. There's absolutely no excuse for you not to be notified in a timely fashion by a lead or member of management as there are plenty of them. Stuff rolls downhill at the 0254. Drivers can't be held responsible for everything. Your documentation in the comments helps to establish a trend for HR to weed out inept behavior by management. As a former employee, current customer, I'm thankful for the competition. It helps keep things honest (HEB) and I want to see this venture succeed. Love Kroger delivery. High-quality groceries, quality eggs that you just can't find at HEB, for a better price than they're selling only half-a-dozen for. Beef bacon as well that is better and more affordable than H-E-B if you can find it there. Organic ice cream a half gallon for a few dollars more than HEB is charging for a pint that isn't organic. Haven't even seen organic ice cream at HEB. As well as HEB seems to push their brand and remove other. Don't mind an off-brand but I appreciate still being left with options such as Kroger does. Thank you Kroger for coming into town and giving us some better options delivering a fresh new grocery shopping experience at a tremendous savings here in SA."
"Really want to like the delivery service, but too many inconsistencies. Orders are wrong more often than right. No substitutions for items that have similar items available. Items just cancelled from orders with no advanced notice. Bags of food missing. The drivers have always been nice, but hard to get over inconsistent deliveries. More often than not, I have to go to store to buy things that they did not deliver. Why even pay for this service?"
