"This is the most ridiculous. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Company I purchased a bike brand new spent the extra money to have them put it together so it would be ready for my son‘s Christmas present. The bike arrived the day after Christmas when my son was ready to use his Christmas present, we found that the bike was damaged. It was pouring gasoline out of the bottom of it. I reported this to the company which they told me to send them a picture of the Vin number and they Send me a video on how to fix it we went through that we determined that the carburetor on the supposed to be brand new bike was bad. They then informed me that they will send me a carburetor for this brand new bike that I purchased and it would be my responsibility to either install it or take it to a shop and pay to have it fixed I did which cost me $318 only to find out that there was more extensive damage to the bike. The front suspension. ( Forks) are severely bent I’ve been again contacted 360 motorsports to inform them not only was the bike damaged with the first issue. We now found the second issue that occurred during shipping which is probably why the bike was pouring gas out of the bottom to begin with. I asked that they please send me a new bike. I paid for a brand new bike and so far I’ve gotten nothing but a run run around now they are telling me they will send me new forks, which I’m guessing will be for me to pay for it to have installed, this is absolutely insane. I would not recommend this company to my worst nightmare. They do not stand behind their product they don’t give a damn about their customers absolute garbage. ! Now, I would like to add to my review I guess after seeing my review of the owner of the business, Manny called me only to further give me a hard time. I explained to him multiple times that I bought this bike as a Christmas present for my son my eight-year-old son who has since Christmas watched his Christmas presents sit in the garage and ask me every day when he’s going to be able to ride his dirtbike. I have reached out to this company multiple times to do the right thing and now they are telling me it is my responsibility to pay for all the damages. They will either provide me with parts, and I have to pay for them out of my pocket after I bought a brand new bike and paid the extra money to have it put Together . This company is absolutely ridiculous. I would not refer this company to my worst enemy, nor would I recommend anybody do business with them they do not stand behind their product. They will not resolve an issue. If you receive damage property you were pretty much be stuck with it. This company is absolute ridiculous. They are a scam they are selling broken and damaged equipment and then not honoring anything to make it right other than at the customers expense who already purchased the item brand new. I don’t even write this one star."

"From order date to my garage, in the Midwest, shipping only took 11 days . It took three hours to finish assembly. Yes, the shipping was free, it seems they do require a $48 shipping insurance fee though. It’s added at purchase. It comes with a free 3 month warranty. This is the Raven 250 cc street legal bike. Great cost and excellent communication. No scratches or dents. Started right up, just adjust the carb after it warms up."
