"Went into the store knowing a bit about Redwing. As some companies I worked for used the "truck" for required shoes. Now you go in and they measure your feet to find you the right insoles. Then off I went. Thought the employees could of had a bit more product knowledge. As I went in told them what I did, what I needed and got looked at like "I have no idea". Still helpful none the less."

"Let me start by saying I have worn Red Wings boots for 10 years. I ordered from this store and the clerk was awesome. I waited approximately 60-90 days for my special order boots. They called around the holidays and I couldn't get there right away. When I went in 30 days later to pick them up they had sold them to another customer. Poor customer service by the GM. I can wait 3 months but you can't wait 1. A second call would've been nice. The second star is solely because the clerk was great."
