"Please get better buyers!! The shoe selection is awful… I don’t know who they’re catering to but it’s definitely not a younger crowd. It’s so annoying to have such a huge shoe store nearby with the absolute worst selection of shoes."

They were in the original box, tags attached, never worn, original receipt.The cashier didnt want to return them because she said they were worn outside due to a scuff on the heel where someone else tried them on in the store. Ive had enough and will be shopping elsewhere. I hope you do too. Ohhh where do I start... Went shopping on 11/24 and it was exactly as one would expect from a slowly declining experience. No public washrooms. Store does not have bags anymore. Only one cashier for an extended period of time. No help on the floor. Prices are no longer competitive Cashiers were pleasant though. Thats why why they recieved 2 stars instead of one."

"Called specifically to see if they carried my size. Was told they did. Got there, they did not carry my size. Came back to help my boyfriend find shoes. They had a very limited selection. Asked the staff for help, they could not be bothered. I hate this place; they make it hard to buy shoes and their whole business is selling shoes"

"I didn't find any Athletic shoes that I liked. All the mesh on the shoes are too thin. My Nike's had mesh & didn't even last me a yr. So I am turned off by the mesh. Didn't even find some cute casual Ankle boots..."

"Let's just say we have shopped here for many years and have had better experiences in years past. If there is a system in place to line customers up for checkout. The store (employees)should inform customers that are not aware of this system. Not leaving up to the customer to in force the checkout process. When you finally arrive to the register to get checked out. Now let's start with what coupons will or will not be excepted based on the internet or in store is truly sad. Then use this code if you write with your left hand or are born on an even day. You may use this code only if you buy shoes that are Black oh and it is Thursday. You can not use your birthday discount without having that code in email form. It worked we stopped in but rewards/coupons could not be used. Thanks DSW."
