"This is such a gem! Please try their kabsa.. it is simply spectacular! We took the chicken kabsa, hummus and salad. The kabsa is more than enough for two people. The rice is so flavorful with nut shavings. I will again come back for this rice! I had a quick chat with our hostess and she said it’s their family business. Her mother and father cooked the kabsa! If you are reading this, take a bow! Such good food!"
"Absolutely amazing, staff, food. Everything. Absolutely exceptional. Best restaurant in the area."
"Very walrm and welcoming restaurant with amazing food. I had humus and falafel as an appetizer the humus was so fresh and falafel was really crisp and well cooked from inside, it was very flavourful. In main course i ordered Kabsa, i was trying it for the first time. It was very flavourful, chicken was well cooked and has crispy crust and juicy from inside but kabsa rice was show stealer. I have never had such flavourful rice in any restaurant before. This dish was similar to biryani but the rice was more flavourful and has more texture which makes it different from biryani. 100 marks to the rice. Definitely must go if you want to try slightly upscale Mediterranean restaurant."
"We took chicken kabsa. It was delicious. Meat was very very tender and rice was really good, tasty. It had half of the chicken and served two people really well. A mix of jalapeno, tomato served as side. It was sooo good. We took extra later. There was a girl on duty, she is very well behaved and nice. She came again and again to ask if everything is alright. Environment is nice and cozy. Comfortable place to eat."
"This place is usually packed, so I wanted to give it a try. The falafel sandwich was pretty good. It's probably one of the better falafels I've had. However, the other items were very bland. The tamarind drink was a little diluted and could have had some more sugar added. The kabobs lack flavor. I find frozen kabobs you find at Al Markaz to be more flavorful. The rice was definitely the showstopper of that plate. It's delicious. The worst item was by far the hummus. I don't recommend getting the hummus. We each took a bite and left it."
